Make a statement in any room with this framed poster, printed on thick matte paper. The matte black frame that's made from wood from renewable forests adds an extra touch of class.

This piece came out of research into the designs on the sleeves of African 78 rpm record sleeves. These sleeves (and to a lesser extent the records themselves) are now extremely rare. However, they do contain images of people of colour, unlike the sleeves of American and British 78s that depicted white figures, even when the musical artists were of colour.

Hand illustrated artist print by Soft Wax who practices across a spectrum of mediums from music to painting and video. he also produces immersive installations that unite the various mediums. Soft Wax has exhibited widely in galleries and exhibition centres, he also has had a standing exhibition at Lion Vibes in Brixton for over 4 years now. Most of his work is inspired by music and culture.
